Cirrus has always pursued a long-term strategic partnership model with our clients.  We accomplish in three primary ways:

  1. We strive to understand each clients organizational model
    This includes their stakeholders, their needs and the unique features of each individual organization
  2. We relentlessly strive to improve our value proposition
    Once we have a clear understanding of how we can provide value to an organization, we work hard to improve our value proposition by helping to drive down costs and improve organizational performance across a number of different areas
  3. We always look at the business context of an issue and provide end-to-end solutions 
    In many cases that means helping a client address a myriad of diverse challenges including, remedial option analysis, stakeholder identification, risk assessment/ risk management, economic planning, hazard assessment, change management, due diligence and a host of others.  

This approach has proven to work very well – a large number of our key clients have worked with us for a period of over 10 years; in fact, some date back to our first days in 1995.
