At Cirrus, our core focus is effective project management. It is the backbone of everything we do. Organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a project within defined scope, time, and cost constraints is really what good project management is all about.
The first challenge of project management is ensuring that a project is delivered within the defined constraints. The second, more ambitious, challenge is the optimized allocation and integration of the inputs needed to meet those pre-defined objectives.

In theory, project management should be straightforward: “Say what you are going to do (Scope), Do it according to schedule (Time) and Do it on budget”. In reality, satisfying all three constraints (and the fourth constraint ”performance” or “quality”) at the same time presents an enormous challenge, one that takes a combination of best practices, the right tools and the right people.

Cirrus also considers and manages aspects of a project, which others sometimes forget.  “Soft” issues, around stakeholders and public perception are often the biggest threat to project success.  They are also the hardest to quantify and the most challenging to address.  These issues become integral to our planning and execution.

Effective project management is without a doubt one of the most challenging things to get right – and something that we excel at.  Over the last decade, Cirrus has earned a reputation as a highly effective project management company that can effectively deliver within all four constraints scope, time, cost and quality. Our team of experienced project management professionals working together has solved a myriad of challenges on projects that range from multi-million dollar, large-scale Brownfield re-developments to localized groundwater contamination issues.
